Movement Games Teacher (Ages 12+)

We’re looking for an energetic, creative Movement Games Teacher to lead active, engaging, and connection-building physical activities for upper elementary and early teen students.

Schedule: Fridays, Start time 9:45AM-End time TBD
Job Start Date: 1/09/2026

Responsibilities:

• Lead fun, age-appropriate movement-based games and cooperative activities designed for ages 12+.

• Encourage students to work together, communicate, and support one another through active play.

• Create a safe, inclusive environment where all students feel comfortable participating.

• Adapt activities to match the group’s interests, abilities, and energy levels.

• Foster positive peer connections and help students build confidence through movement.

• Maintain clear expectations and smooth transitions to keep sessions structured and enjoyable.

Qualifications:

• Experience teaching, coaching, or leading youth physical activities (school, camp, recreation, or similar).

• Understanding of age-appropriate movement games, cooperative play, and group management.

• Ability to create a welcoming, encouraging environment for older elementary and teen learners.

• Passion for helping students grow socially, emotionally, and physically through active learning.
