  • Peace River Homeschoolers offers drop-off enrichment classes and events for homeschool families in Port Charlotte and surrounding areas.

  • Port Charlotte, Florida. We are currently running classes at the Boys and Girls Club.

  • Peace River Homeschoolers is a drop-off enrichment program. Parents do not stay on site or assist with classes—our team provides a safe, structured, and engaging environment for students during program hours.

  • We are a semester-based program. Families register for a full 8–9 week session.

  • Families who enroll in more than one class per week will receive 10% off each additional class. We currently offer three classes per week, and the discount applies to any class added beyond the first. For example, if a family signs up for Monday, Thursday, and Friday together, the discount would apply to Thursday and Friday.

  • Yes, we are a secular group. We welcome people of all beliefs and focus on fostering an inclusive environment for everyone.

  • Our homeschool enrichment activities give kids the chance to learn through hands‑on projects, creative exploration, and interactive experiences. Each class is designed to spark curiosity, build confidence, and encourage kids to work together in fun, meaningful ways.

    Kids will take part in activities such as:

    • Building, creating, and experimenting through hands‑on projects

    • Working on group activities that strengthen teamwork and problem‑solving

    • Using art, imagination, and storytelling to express ideas

    • Participating in games and challenges that build communication and cooperation

    Every experience is crafted to help kids learn by doing, connect with peers, and discover what excites them most.

  • Payment is due at time of registration.

  • As a Step Up For Students provider, we gladly accept both PEP and UA scholarships.

  • Parents may request a refund for the semester's payment (minus fees payment was made by Paypal) within 1 week from the first day of the semester if they decide the school is not the right fit for their child. Unfortunately, we are unable to process refund requests made after this timeframe.

  • Renewal funds are typically released around August 1, and new recipient awards are available around September 1 (based on publicly available information). If this affects your ability to register, please email us at peaceriverhomeschoolers@gmail.com so we can work with you on a solution.
