Stephanie is a dedicated Team Lead at Peace River Home School who brings warmth, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children to everything she does. With several years of experience in early childhood education and childcare, including as a Pre-K teacher, Steph believes every child deserves to feel safe, supported, valued, and excited to learn. Building meaningful relationships with children and their families is at the heart of her approach, and she takes great pride in helping create an environment where children feel comfortable being themselves.

As a Team Lead, Steph enjoys supporting not only the children in her care but also the people she works alongside. Her diverse background, which also includes experience in healthcare and customer service, has strengthened her ability to remain calm, communicate with compassion, and connect with people from all walks of life.
